Delivery and pickup

Once an order has been produced and released, there are two ways for you to receive the goods.

Self-pickup

You can collect your order at our operating location at an agreed time. We will inform you when the order is ready for collection.

• Pickup location: F-5-G, Putra Walk, Jalan PP25, Taman Pinggiran Putra, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor
• Pickup hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Please wait for a "ready for collection" confirmation from us before coming, so that you do not arrive while the work is still being finished.

Delivery

For customers who cannot come in person, delivery can be arranged.

• Courier: booked through EasyParcel. Whichever courier is available for your address is used, so we do not tie the order to one company.
• Charge: calculated from the parcel and available courier rate, and shown at checkout before you submit the order.
• Delivery time: set by the courier, not by us. We give you the tracking number once the parcel is collected so you can follow it directly.

If no courier rate is available for your address, choose self-pickup or contact us to arrange delivery separately. We do not treat an unavailable rate as free delivery.

Production time

How long an order takes depends on the product type, quantity, finishing type and current workload. That is why we do not give a single fixed timeframe for all products.

• Estimated production time: 1 to 10 working days, depending on the type of order

The actual timeframe will be confirmed for each order after the artwork is approved. Note that production time is counted from the proof approval date, not the date the order was sent. Delays in approving artwork will shift the completion date.

After you place an order

1. Keepit records your quotation or order with the selected specifications and price
2. If you choose online payment, CHIP opens a secure payment page; a bank transfer requires the transfer to be completed separately
3. Our team reviews the artwork and any details that need clarification
4. Production begins after the required payment is received and the artwork proof is approved
5. We notify you when the order is ready for collection or dispatch

Packaging

We pack according to what suits the product. More fragile goods such as acrylic, rigid signboards and framed items are wrapped with an extra protective layer and marked for careful handling. Even so, handling during transit is not fully within our control.

For banners and large format materials, the product is usually rolled rather than folded to avoid permanent fold lines.

If goods arrive damaged

Check the package as soon as you receive it. If there is damage:

• Take photos of the outer packaging before opening it fully
• Take photos of the damaged product
• Keep the original packaging material until the issue is resolved
• Contact us with your order reference number
