The terms that apply when you use this site and place an order.
These terms apply to orders placed through this website.
These terms explain the use of the Kira Jadi Printing website and the basis on which custom print orders are handled.
This website provides product information, artwork preparation guidance, quotations and order checkout. Configured prices are calculated by Keepit based on the selected material, size, quantity and finishing. The total, including any delivery charge, is shown for your review before submission.
Special requirements may need a separate written quotation before production. A displayed price does not replace our review of artwork and specifications.
An order is only treated as confirmed when both of the following have happened:
A quotation request sent through Quote is not an order until you send the prepared WhatsApp message and we agree on the work. A checkout submission creates a quotation or order record; production still requires the agreed payment and artwork approval.
By sending artwork to us, you confirm that:
You agree to indemnify Kira Jadi Printing against any third-party claim arising from material you supply. We reserve the right to refuse work we believe infringes the rights of others or the law.
Printing uses ink in the CMYK colour space while screens display colour in RGB. Small colour differences between screen, proof and printed result, or between different materials and between different print runs, are normal in the industry and are not treated as defects. There is further explanation in the Artwork Guide.
For some printing processes, the final quantity produced can differ slightly from the quantity ordered because of the setup and cutting process. If a quantity tolerance applies to your product, it will be stated in the written quotation.
An order can be cancelled before production starts. Once production has started, cancellation generally cannot be accepted because materials have been used and the goods are printed specially for you. Any cost already incurred up to the cancellation date may be charged.
Matters relating to defects and damage are explained in the Returns Policy.
You can pay online through CHIP's hosted payment page or use bank transfer when bank details are provided at checkout. Online payments are subject to the minimum shown during checkout. A transfer is not confirmed until we verify receipt.
We will work to produce work that meets the confirmed specifications. However, in plain terms: our liability is limited to the value of the affected printing work. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost sales, lost opportunities, event costs or delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including delays in artwork approval by the customer, material supply disruptions and courier delays.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version is shown on this page. Changes will not retroactively change the agreed terms of an existing order.
