Zaf Ventures Sdn Bhd, trading as Kira Jadi Printing, collects and uses customers' personal information in connection with this website and our printing services. This notice explains how.
When you deal with us, the following information may be collected:
- Name to identify the order and to contact you
- Phone number for order confirmation and status updates
- Email address to send quotations, proofs and written confirmations
- Delivery address if you choose delivery
- Order details such as product, size, quantity and finishing
- Order notes that you write yourself, including any information you choose to share there
Please share only the information that is needed in the order notes.
Purpose of use
The information is used to:
- Prepare quotations and answer your enquiries
- Process, produce and hand over orders
- Contact you about artwork, proofs and order status
- Keep order records for reference and for resolving issues
Orders and payments on this website
- Cart contents are stored in your own browser local storage, on your device
- Account, quotation, order and delivery information is processed through Keepit for us to provide this service
- Online payments are handled on CHIP's hosted payment page; we do not collect card or online-banking credentials on this website
- If you choose bank transfer, the transfer is made through your bank, not through this website
You can empty the cart at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses data in the browser to operate the cart and your sign-in session.
Functional storage. Your language choice, cart and sign-in session use cookies or local storage as needed to keep the site working. These do not track your activity on other websites.
Measurement and advertising. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are not currently enabled on this website. If we enable them, we will update this notice and the choices available to you before doing so.
Data retention period
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for orders, customer support, accounting, tax records and dispute resolution, subject to applicable requirements. Contact us if you want to ask about a particular record or request deletion where permitted.
Sharing with third parties
The following service providers may receive information needed for the service:
- Keepit. Customer account, quotation, order and delivery information is processed in our business-management system.
- CHIP. If you choose online payment, CHIP handles the hosted checkout and payment status.
- WhatsApp. If you choose to send an enquiry or quotation request using the WhatsApp handoff, the message is shared when you press Send in WhatsApp.
- Artwork files. Small mockups uploaded on the order page are handled by Keepit. When we give you a Google Drive link for print-ready artwork, Google stores files uploaded through that link.
- Delivery. If your order is posted, we book it through EasyParcel and the assigned courier receives your name, address and phone number so they can deliver it.
We do not sell customers' personal information.
Your rights
Under the PDPA, you generally have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
- Withdraw consent for certain uses, subject to the effect on orders in progress
- Limit the use of your information for promotional purposes
Requests will be processed in line with the applicable legal requirements.
