Do I need to register an account to place an order?

Yes. Sign in or create an account with your email before checkout so you can review the quotation, payment and artwork for your order.

How is the price calculated?

The price depends on the product, material, finishing and quantity. Keepit calculates the current price as you choose options. For work that needs a specification review, request a quote.

Are the prices on this site final?

Configured prices are calculated by Keepit. Review the item total and any delivery charge at checkout before submitting. Special requirements may need a separate written quotation.

Can I order without finished artwork?

Yes. When adding an item to the cart, choose "Artwork to be sent later" or "I need design help". The order proceeds once the artwork is confirmed.

How do I send my artwork files?

After your order is created, you can add a small image mockup to its order page. Print-ready artwork is sent through the Google Drive link provided for your order.

How long does the process take?

Production usually takes 1 to 10 working days, depending on the product, quantity and finishing. The confirmed timeline starts after payment and artwork approval.

Do you deliver throughout Malaysia?

Self-collection is available. For delivery, available EasyParcel courier rates are calculated at checkout from your address and parcel details before you submit.

Can printed colours match my screen exactly?

A slight difference is normal because a screen emits light (RGB) while print reflects light (CMYK). If your brand colour is critical, state your colour reference in the order notes.
