1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing Keepit, or using any connected integration, you agree to these Terms. If you use Keepit for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company.

2. Accounts And Workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of workspace information, staff access, passwords, permissions, connected accounts, and all activity under your workspace. You must promptly remove access for staff who no longer need it.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use Keepit to:

• Violate laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or third-party platform policies.
• Send spam, abusive content, misleading advertising, malware, or unauthorized communications.
• Bypass security controls, tenant isolation, subscription limits, or approval workflows.
• Upload content you do not have permission to use.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, And Limits

Paid features may require an active subscription. Fees, usage limits, AI usage, WhatsApp limits, Meta Ads usage, storage, and other plan limits may vary by plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension, downgrade, or restricted access.

5. Customer Data

Your workspace owns the business data entered into Keepit. You grant Keepit permission to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and notices needed to process customer, supplier, staff, and marketing data.

6. AI Features

AI features may generate summaries, draft replies, suggested actions, document drafts, campaign plans, or analysis. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, publishing it, sending it externally, or using it for business decisions.

7. Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram, Payment, And Other Integrations

Third-party integrations are provided through their respective platforms and APIs. You are responsible for obtaining valid access, maintaining permissions, following platform policies, and handling any fees or restrictions from those providers. Keepit may stop or limit integrations if provider access fails, policies change, or security risk is detected.

8. Approvals And Automation

Keepit may provide approval controls for sensitive actions such as publishing ads, sending customer messages, changing budgets, recording payments, or converting documents. You remain responsible for configuring approval rules and reviewing actions before approval.

9. Intellectual Property

Keepit, its software, branding, design, and platform features remain the property of their respective owners. You retain rights to your uploaded content and business data, subject to the permissions needed for Keepit to operate the service.

10. Service Availability And Liability

We work to keep Keepit reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keepit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, lost profit, lost revenue, data loss, or third-party platform failures.

11. Suspension Or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, create security risk, misuse integrations, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using Keepit and request deletion according to our Data Deletion page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
