A useful quote starts with a clear specification, not a price per piece taken out of context.
List the exact product, total quantity and any split by size or design. A run of 100 identical pieces can have a different setup and unit cost from 100 pieces divided among many designs. For apparel, include the quantity for each size and whether names or numbers change per person.
A banner needs its finished size, material, eyelets or other finishing and intended indoor or outdoor use. A sticker needs size, shape, surface, material and cut type. These decisions affect the production method and price. If you are unsure, share where the item will be used and ask for a suitable recommendation.
Tell us whether the print-ready artwork is available or design assistance is needed. Mention the delivery postcode or pickup preference and the date you need the order. Shipping is calculated at checkout when an available courier service is selected; a special installation request needs a separate review.
Choose your specifications on a product page to see a current calculated price where available. For a mixed or unusual order, request a written quote listing the same requirements. Confirm the final total and proof before production.
