Know what information to prepare and what happens after checkout.
Start with the catalogue. Open the product that fits your job and select its available size, material, finishing and quantity. The options shown are the ones currently configured for that product. For a specification that is not listed, use the quotation form instead of choosing an inaccurate substitute.
The ordering system calculates a price from the chosen specification where one is available. Check the item total, quantity and any delivery charge at checkout. Delivery options depend on the address and courier availability; pickup is also available.
Prepare the final file using our artwork guide. Check names, numbers, spelling and dimensions. A quotation or order may need a specification review. Production begins after the required payment and artwork proof are approved.
At checkout, use the payment method offered for that order, including online payment or bank transfer when shown. Keep the order reference. Contact us if the specification, payment or artwork status is unclear; do not place a duplicate order to resolve an error.
