Checking before printing

Before anything is printed, your file is checked for the basic things that most often cause trouble:

• Resolution too low for the actual print size.
• The file is in RGB mode while printing uses CMYK.
• No bleed, or text sitting too close to the cut line.
• Fonts not outlined and not available on our computers.
• Lines so fine that they disappear once printed.

If there is an issue, we will tell you before production starts, not afterwards.

Help preparing the design

If you only have a logo and a rough idea, we can help arrange it into artwork that is ready to print. The scope and cost of design help depend on how much work is needed — send what you have through the quote form and state the help you need.

Proof before production

You will receive a proof to check and approve before production starts. Check the spelling, phone numbers, layout and colour carefully at this stage — once approved, mistakes in the authorised artwork become the customer's responsibility.
