Large Format Digital Printing

What is included

Large format printing covers every job larger than ordinary paper sizes: shop banners, promotional buntings, stage backdrops, foamboard panels and large stickers for windows or walls.

Large format presses use different inks and materials depending on where the print will be installed. Outdoor work uses ink with better ultraviolet resistance and material that does not rot easily when it is rained on.

Materials commonly used

• PVC flex frontlit — banners and buntings for general use.
• Mesh — windy areas and high installations.
• Canvas — indoor use with a matte surface.
• PP synthetic — roll-up panels that do not crease easily.
• Foamboard — rigid boards for indoor use.

Artwork resolution

Large prints are seen from a distance, so 100–150 DPI at actual size is already enough. What matters more is that logos and text are supplied as vector so their edges stay sharp at any size.

Installation

On-site installation work is not included in the printing price. Send a quote request if you need installation.
