Digital printing needs no plate setup, so it is faster and more economical for small quantities. It also allows every piece to differ — business cards carrying a different staff name, for example.
Offset printing needs a plate for each colour, so its start-up cost is higher. But once the plates are ready, the cost per piece becomes very low, so it is more economical at large quantities.
The crossover point between the two depends on the size, the paper and the number of colours. We will suggest the more suitable method based on your order.
Art card for business cards, art paper for flyers, and simili for letterheads. Finishing such as matte lamination, gloss lamination, spot UV and rounded corners decides the final look and the durability.
A slight colour difference between screen and print is normal because a screen emits light while paper reflects it. If your brand colour is critical, state your colour reference in the order notes.
