Cutting that follows the shape of the design for stickers, labels and boards — not merely rectangles.
Once printing is done, the cutting machine follows the vector path you supply and cuts the material to that shape. This makes logo-shaped stickers, oval labels, or mascot-shaped boards possible.
Kiss-cut cuts the top layer only and leaves the backing paper intact — the stickers peel off the sheet one at a time. Die-cut cuts straight through every layer, producing separate pieces.
Supply the cut line as a separate vector path in your file. If you have no cut line, we can prepare one based on the shape of the design — state this in the order notes.
Avoid parts that are too thin or too sharp. A very pointed corner tears easily while being peeled, and a slightly rounded corner is usually more durable.
Every cutting machine has a small drift tolerance. That is why we advise 3mm of bleed past the cut line so no white strip shows if the cut is slightly off.
